"How are you feeling about your life? Do you need a new direction, challenge? Maybe you feel lost or uncertain. Let's work together to uncover a way forward that speaks to you."

I'm Rachel, a career and life coach, yoga teacher, and founder of The Threshold. I help women pause, reconnect with themselves, and redesign their lives with more meaning and intention.

The confidence to pursue what you want grows from knowing who you are now — and having the clarity, purpose, and alignment to act from that place. That's what we build together.

threshold /ˈθreʃ.həʊld/ n. the point of beginning. the moment between what was and what's next.

The Threshold

The Threshold is my signature programme for women navigating moments of transition and questioning how they want to live. Lasting confidence, purpose, and alignment can only come from knowing your authentic self and we will partner together to uncover and bolster this truth.

The tools and conversations here are designed around a question: who are you now, and what does life look like when it's truly aligned with her?

Through reflection, coaching and enquiry we will begin the work of reconnecting with yourself, gaining clarity on what matters most and redesigning work and life in a way that feels aligned.

Why work with me?

Here are some thoughts from people I have coached

C, Bristol

"What I really appreciated about Rachel's coaching was the way she listened without judgement while also asking really thoughtful questions at what seemed like the perfect moment to gently challenge my assumptions. Rachel created a space where I felt safe to explore difficult topics, and I always came away from our sessions with greater clarity, practical next steps, and what felt like revelations at times, despite going in thinking I'm not sure what to talk about today! Rachel was also a pleasure to work with, calm, easy to talk with and to relate to."

J, Bristol

"Rachel provided a supportive space to reflect on my career and future direction following redundancy. I found it helpful to talk through my thoughts and feelings, and I gained greater awareness of my values, strengths and what energises me or drains me. Rachel is an attentive listener who helped me stay focused on the topics I wanted to explore."
I have many years experience working in the corporate world, building a successful career, working across start-ups, scale-ups and multi-billion dollar corporates to deliver marketing and communications strategy and leadership.
But after becoming a mother, I realised I was no longer the same person and I started to question my choices and the path I had defined and accepted for myself. This led me to begin my training as a coach, weaving in yoga and tarot as tools to rediscover myself.

What I found was that transformation isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you’ve always been, underneath the fear, the conditioning, and the expectations.

I understand the questioning, the tug between wanting stability and craving something more aligned. And I know what it feels like to wonder, 'Am I too late to change? Am I enough to do something different?'

I believe you are right on time to discover who you have always been and design a life and work that fits.
