Confidence, purpose, and alignment through discovery of your authentic self.

"This is about returning to yourself, about discovering who you are now - and building a life that's truly aligned with her."

I'm Rachel, a career and life coach, yoga teacher, and founder of The Threshold. I help women pause, reconnect with themselves, and redesign their lives with more meaning and intention.
You feel like a different person to the one you were, and you're not sure that person fits the life you now have.
You want more than where you are right now. You might not know where to start, but you are ready to explore.
You're ready to stop performing the old version of yourself and start building something that actually fits.

You are in the right place. Authentic confidence isn't something you perform. It grows from knowing who you are now — and having the clarity, purpose, and alignment to act from that place. That's what we build together.

The Threshold

The Threshold is my signature programme for women navigating identity shifts, transformations and questioning how they want to live. Lasting confidence, purpose, and alignment can only come from knowing your authentic self and we will partner together to uncover and bolster this truth.

The tools and conversations here are designed around a question: who are you now, and what does life look like when it's truly aligned with her?

Through reflection, coaching and community we will begin the work of reconnecting with yourself, gaining clarity on what matters most and redesigning work and life in a way that feels aligned.

You are not too late. You are not too much. You are exactly where you need to be.

Find clarity. Trust yourself. Create what’s next.

I’m a coach and yoga teacher.

I have many years experience working in the corporate world, building a successful career, working across start-ups, scale-ups and multi-billion dollar corporates to deliver marketing and communications strategy and leadership.

But after becoming a mother, I realised I was no longer the same person and I started to question truths I had defined and accepted for myself and perceptions about the world. This led me to begin my training as a coach, weaving in yoga and tarot as tools to rediscover myself.

What I found was that transformation isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about returning to who you’ve always been, underneath the fear, the conditioning, and the expectations.

I understand the questioning, the tug between wanting stability and craving something more aligned. And I know what it feels like to wonder, 'Am I too late to change? Am I enough to do something different?'

You are right on time to discover who you have always been and design a life and work that fits.
